Key Features
- Optimized Miu and Miu-R designs with a stable upsetting process that enhances fatigue resistance at the upset end.
- MES and ERP systems provide full information management from order to shipment, covering manufacturing, inspection, testing, acceptance, and complete traceability.
- Pipe body: 100 percent MFL and 100 percent FLUT, including longitudinal, transverse, oblique ultrasonic testing and ultrasonic thickness measurement.
- Pipe ends: 100 percent MPI or UT.
- Tool joints: 100 percent UT and 100 percent MPI.
- Welding zones: 100 percent UT and 100 percent MPI.
- Integrated processes include tool joint manufacturing, upsetting, heat treatment, friction welding, hardbanding wire production and application, and internal coating material production and application.
